The feasts and special days of the Jews were all a part of revealing God’s great plan for “buying back” mankind. This is one of the few stories which accounts for Jesus’ “growing up” years. Are you impressed?! Here Jesus the “lamb” is mentioned, laying a foundation for bringing both Jew and Gentile (non-Jew) together into one great spiritual people. Onward!
