“Dear Lord Jesus, I come to you to be restored in You, to receive all the grace and mercy I so desperately need this day. You are my Great I Am/God-of-the angel-armies. I surrender every aspect of my life and self completely to You. I offer You my spirit, soul and body, my heart, mind, my conscience, and my will. I stand in grace completely covered with Your precious, redeeming blood. As I pray I ask Your Good Spirit to restore and renew me in You. I stand in absolute agreement with Your Spirit and my intercessors and allies.”

God teaches us we are born into a war. Followers of Jesus are to put on His armor when we fight: the belt of truth to protect what is vital, the helmet of salvation to guard our minds, the breastplate of righteousness to cover and guide our hearts, and the shoes of peace to protect us from scorpions and serpents. We are also told to pick up our weapons: the shield of faith to extinguish the fiery darts of the evil one, and the sword of the Spirit to bring God’s truth in us and through us. We are also to pray at all times in the Spirit. – Ephesians 5

All of this draws us to be effective as His house of prayer:
“I will bring you to My holy mountain and make you joyful in My house of prayer. Your burnt offerings and sacrifices will be acceptable on My altar; for My house will be called a house of prayer for all the peoples.” – Isaiah 56:7. You and I are being built into a spiritual house constructed of living stones!

We invite you to band together with two or more friends and faithfully pray for awakening in our city. Waking up to God in our homes and schools, among our friends, and where we work. We pray for the deep needs we see all around us, and for the fight which is so apparent each day.

“Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.” – Matthew 18:19-20

“Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.” – Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Take a moment to pray BOLDLY with us for SIMILAR THINGS at THE SAME time:

  1.  That our great God would expand heart borders around faithful Christ-followers and awaken those who are asleep. – John 4:31-38/Ephesians 5:14
  2. That God will protect His children and thwart the work of the evil one: overcoming soul devastation with truth. – James 4:1-6
  3. That God would use our current turbulence to turn searching hearts toward true hope in Jesus.   – Malachi 4:1-6
  4. For God-clarity for His followers in our city – in doing good and sharing toward those most vulnerable.   – Hebrews 13:15-16
  5. That our great God would awaken sleeping souls in the Name of Jesus.

“…for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ…”    – 2 Corinthians 10:4,5

How is God leading you and your prayer allies to pray boldly?
