AUTHENTICITY/Engage #2!
Engaging in spiritual, creative, and philosophical revolution.
Our Creator wants us to live strong – to become men and women after God’s own heart. He places an incredibly high value upon the intentional heart. Often in His Word our Father tries to explain to us the value of our choices to be intentional. He knows that if we live an authentic life, it will be a well done life. This is the essence of true meaning. If this is true (and it is):
2 Chronicles 16.9 “For the eyes of the LORD move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His. You have acted foolishly in this. Indeed, from now on you will surely have wars.”
Our choices have significance. And if we are to live authentically, we must know God “in the Spirit”:
“THINGS WHICH EYE HAS NOT SEEN AND EAR HAS NOT HEARD,
AND which HAVE NOT ENTERED THE HEART OF MAN,
ALL THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.”
“For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.”
Here are four key questions to ponder concerning your own authentic faith…
AUTHENTICITY in knowledge – how can we know what is true?
AUTHENTICITY in faith – can rationalism and the supernatural coexist?
AUTHENTICITY in life – is there true meaning to be found in life?
AUTHENTICITY in destiny – is there such a thing as true hope?
Here’s to your authentic life, my friend!
