The conflict between Jacob and Esau is classic. Shared history. Distinct differences since birth. Divergent standards. Contrasting relationships with mom and dad. Alienation. Eventual restoration. Epic.
Most beauty comes through adversity. Our story is not about personal perfection. It is about our ability to adapt. It is about our ability to forgive. To know God and love our neighbor.

Job’s friends are just about finished talking. All their words pave the way for Job’s epic encounter with God. Job has suffered. He has cried out. He has processed the words of his friends. And now he will face his Creator one on one. Even more epic. Epic-er even.
