Being Hospitable literally opens God doors. The very nature of hospitality is outward. If we do so for personal gain it ceases to be hospitality. This can be translated “a lover of strangers.” Open heart = open home. Welcome!
When someone is Respectable our character is filled with good fruit. We are a man or woman to be respected. Those who know Jesus and those who don’t – all respond to respectability. It is a gift from God for a life well-lived.
