This Psalm is SO reflective of David’s personal experience with God. He is being brutally chased by his son, mocked by those in his kingdom, and watched carefully by his companions regarding any real or perceived weakness.
This makes this Psalm raw and beautiful. If David could turn to God even in his darkest hour, why not me?
