PRAY WITH US TODAY!

Friend!
We have been called to be workers for the harvest if we have come to call Jesus Lord. While our daily work is necessary, it does not eclipse the Kingdom work which will never go away – it is a part of the glory of God. It is through His power alone that we do the true works of the Kingdom. Let’s be bold – and pray even bolder!

AWAKEN US LORD GOD/Luke 6:35-36

Romans 13:11-12    Holy Spirit, thank You for coming. I love You. I bend before You. I trust You. I honor You as Lord God. I receive all the work and triumph of the resurrection and the outpouring of Pentecost, through which You have come, clothed me with Your power, sealed me in Jesus, become my union with the Father and the Son, the Spirit of truth in me, the life of God in me, my counselor, comforter, strength, and guide. Awaken me and fill me Holy Spirit, and pray for me when I don’t have the words. Lead me in all truth, anoint me, and renew me in my union with my Father and my Friend Jesus. I receive You with thanks and give You total claim to my life.

Selah! (I lift this up to the highway of praise which flows before the throne of the Living God!) ***prayer adapted from John Eldredge website – Psalm 84:5/Isaiah 35:8

EFFECTIVE AS A HOUSE OF PRAYER
“I will bring you to My holy mountain and make you joyful in My house of prayer. Your burnt offerings and sacrifices will be acceptable on My altar; for My house will be called a house of prayer for all the peoples.” – Isaiah 56:7. You and I are being built into a spiritual house constructed of living stones!

Reach out to a friend today and invite them to faithfully pray for awakening in our city. Waking up to God in our homes and schools, among our friends, as well as where we work. We pray for the deep needs we see all around us, and for the fight which is so apparent each day.

“Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.” – Matthew 18:19-20

Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.”                   – Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT
God teaches us we are born into a war. Followers of Jesus are to put on His armor when we fight: the belt of truth to protect what is vital, the helmet of salvation to guard our minds, the breastplate of righteousness to cover and guide our hearts, and the shoes of peace to protect us from scorpions and serpents. We are also told to pick up our weapons: the shield of faith to extinguish the fiery darts of the evil one, and the sword of the Spirit to bring God’s truth in us and through us. We are also to pray at all times in the Spirit. – Ephesians 5

PRAY BOLDLY WITH US for peace upon Israel

  1.  That our great God would expand heart borders around faithful Christ-followers and awaken those who are asleep. – John 4:31-38/Ephesians 5:14
  2. That God will protect His children and thwart the work of the evil one: overcoming soul devastation with truth. – James 4:1-6
  3. That God would use our current turbulence to turn searching hearts toward true hope in Jesus.   – Malachi 4:1-6
  4. For God-clarity for His followers in our city – in doing good and sharing toward those most vulnerable.   – Hebrews 13:15-16
  5. That our great God would awaken sleeping souls in the Name of Jesus.

Is God leading you and your allies to pray boldly?
